Values - This is how we do this work – what we walk and talk.

Leadership. Community Connection champions leadership and action in the field of information and referral service. It empowers others with the knowledge and demonstration of professional information and referral practices, and strives to be a model information and referral service organization.

Caring.  Community Connection fosters relationships with people and organizations that demonstrate compassion toward people that are vulnerable or considered at risk due to barriers to services, poverty, and personal emergencies or community disasters that affect their health and well being.

Innovation. Community Connection seeks new ideas that can be put into practice for the public good. We create and participate in community networks to respond to social issues and inspire change in our community. We use social enterprise strategies in place of fundraising.

Integrity. Community Connection adheres to high ethical and professional standards in its work and relationships. It is fair and respectful in its interactions and conscientiously manages resources entrusted to us.
